Azizur Rahman, Keshabpur (Jessore) Correspondent : A lottery has been held for the admission of students in Keshabpur Government Pilot High School. This open lottery was organized on Monday 26th December 2021 at noon in the school premises in the presence of students and parents. 120 students in 6th class and 2 students in 8th class were taken through lottery. Thirty sixth graders and five eighth graders have been placed on the waiting list.
The school authorities have instructed the students to get admission in the admission lottery by December 30. Admission lottery ceremony was attended by the Upazila Nirbahi Officer and President of the Admission Committee MM Arafat Hossain, Health and Family Planning Officer. Md. Alamgir, Secondary Education Officer Rabiul Islam, Keshabpur Government Pilot High School Principal. Ashaduzzaman, Assistant Education Officer Abu Saeed, Manager of Fast Security Bank Majuhar Ali, Assistant Professor Mashiur Rahman, Assistant Headmaster Prabir Sarkar and others.
369 students in class VI, 24 students in class VIII and 28 students in class IX submitted their applications for admission through lottery.
