Press Release : As per the decision of the 7th (Emergency) Meeting of the Syndicate held on 23rd December, 2021 at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), the halls of the University have been opened at 10 am on Friday 8th January and all academic activities will start as usual from Sunday 09th January. According to the decision of the 69th (emergency) meeting of the syndicate held on January 5 in Kuwait, the students have been instructed to strictly follow some instructions. In the instructions; Sections 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 18 of the Student Discipline Rules of this university and the rules of residential halls must be strictly adhered to. Pursuant to Section 12 of the Student Discipline Rules, without any prior approval of the Director (Student Welfare), any kind of procession, meeting and gathering activities of the students will be stopped. It is prohibited to put up any kind of banner, festoon, poster etc. outside the educational activities in the academic area including the entrance of the university. According to Article 3 (p) of the Rules of the Kuwait Residential Hall, undergraduate students residing in the residential halls of 14 batches or earlier batches of the university are required to leave all residential halls of the university by 31st January 2022.
