Adventurous theft at the home of two bank officials in Keshabpur

Azizur Rahman, Keshabpur (Jessore) Correspondent : Adventurous theft took place at the house of two bank officials in Keshabpur late on Thursday night. The thieves entered the house and stole various items including laptops, mobiles and money. A complaint was lodged at the police station on Friday afternoon, January 14, 2022, citing the incident.

According to the complaint, Kabir Hossain and Joynal Abedin, officers of First Security Islami Bank Limited in Keshabpur town, rented a room on the third floor of Shahjahan Master’s house in Officepara area of ​​the upazila due to their employment. After the two of them slept on Thursday night, unidentified thieves broke into the house and stole a laptop, two mobile phones, about Rs 30,000 and essentials.

Bank officer Kabir Hossain’s house is in Syednagar village of Boalkhali upazila of Chittagong and Joynal Abedin’s house is in Laljiban village of Banshkhali upazila of the same district.

In this regard, the duty officer of Keshabpur police station, Sub-Inspector Azizur Rahman said, “I have received a written complaint from the two bank officials mentioning the incident of theft.” The matter will be investigated.
