M, M Saheb Ali, from Asashuni (Satkhira): Asashuni police conducted raids and arrested 6 accused in regular cases.
Ashaduzzaman Ripon alias Ripian (35), son of Omar Ali Sardar of Pirojpur village, accused in regular case No. 10 (3) 22, conducted a raid under the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Md. Mominul Islam (PPM) and overall management of OC Investigation Md. Jahangir Hossain. Delwar Hossain, son of Liaquat Mali of the village, arrested Anarul Ghazi and Kamrul Ghazi, sons of the late Karim Box Ghazi of Durgapur (Khajra) village and Shafiqul Islam, son of Kamrul Ghazi.
On the other hand, SI Mithun Mandal arrested Jobayer Patwari (18), son of Shamim Patwari of Baradal village, accused in regular case No. 11 (3) 22 in a separate operation.
The arrested were sent to court yesterday morning.
